Sangmi Nam is a New York State Licensed Acupuncturist and Board Certified Herbalist. Also, Sangmi is a New York State Registered Nurse. She has over 20 years of Medical, Surgical and Emergency Room nursing experiences from Bellevue Hospital in New York City. She is a diplomat in acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).

She received her Masters of Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM) from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM) in New York City. Pacific College of Oriental Medicine is one of the most prestigious schools of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. With her broad nursing experiences and intensive studies of Oriental Medicine, Sangmi now practices acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine in Newburgh, New York since 2006. Sangmi combines Eastern and Western Medicine to approach holistic care.
